How To Build Your Qnet Organization? Part I




One of the keys to succeeding in this business is understanding and accepting that most traditional strategies and concepts are NOT always APPLICABLE to Qnet business.


In traditional business, the concept “ the more connections you have, the better you are going to be”. for example: which is better: to open a restaurant in a place where no one knows or to open a restaurant in a place where all your connections are there??


So in sales, the more connections you have, the more money you gain.
People fail because they bring that thoughts to our business… “ I want to bring this guy because he has a lot of connections”… if this is true, then this business is not for everyone, as you can see not everyone has good connections.



In this business, we have to know another concept which is : The Circle of Influence:


Interesting , but what exactly does that mean?
It refers to the group of people who trust what you say, i.e. your friends, relatives and colleagues will join this business not because of Qnet, but because they trust YOU.


Most people have a circle of influence of about 3-5 people, lets say  an average of 4 people. In other words you may not be able to convince a 100 people to enter this business, but you can bring from 3-5 people.


Lets explain a simple scheme:


You persuaded your circle of influence and 4 joined with you the business. Then each one have another 4 joining under him and so on… Now You Have your ORGANIZATION.


The mistake which happens is this: you bring your 4 and then try to refer more, so you left your original 4 referrals alone, not supported and not knowing what to do, they end up quitting the business.


Here comes your lesson “NEVER LEAVE YOUR DOWN LINES ALONE”


What you must realize is that , you have to be patient, start setting the culture of encouraging others to assist them to refer their Circle of Influence. that’s how you can build your Organization, and the only way to start it is to do it yourself.


Any human nature cares only about 3 main individuals : 


ME< MYSELF AND I.


True, Right??!!


We were brought up in an environment where your success and financial compensation is determined by getting credits for your work, your volume and your efforts.


So WIFM???
What’s in  it for me? …… is the real question that is in your mind when you are thinking about entering this business, and this is the question you have to postpone thinking about… may be you won’t gain money quickly at the beginning but that’s what happens in big business , take the time to build your business.


Its time to forget about yourself and help others , its time to think about your organization.
The more money your down lines will earn , the more they get excited about this business, the more they are going to take it seriously …and so train more and invite more..


When you have excited working down lines , who will benefit?? YOU

    training them
    to fool more people
    all for the sake of greed and money
    that will ruin their relationships
    and Earn
    very bad karma.
