Your Ultimate Qnet Course (Lesson I)

Now, we have to start learning, enough with the motivation and the debates, we all know we are here to gain money, so Let's start with a series of articles that represents the basic course in Qnet or any network marketing business....


You have, by now, mostly listened to presentation and either starting to find out the truth about this presentation  or you have already bought the product, became an IR and waiting for further instructions about what to do, Don't worry you have reached the right place.


Once You become an IR, a good Up line (the one who registered you in Qnet, is your up line and you are his down line) must give you another presentation that is totally different from the first one (which convinced you to enter Qnet). This one is called "The Welcome". Its your welcome to Qnet, Its your future plan and guidance.


Once you register, you will always get that feeling,"did i do the right thing?","what should i do?", "what will happen next??", if you entered Qnet and your up line didn't show you the Welcome presentation yet, you have to ask him to do it, ITS YOUR RIGHT.



The Welcome includes the following:


1- An opening question about what is not clear in this business and if there is anything you would like to ask about ..
2- What are your expectations from this business? what do you actually want? extra money? or financial freedom??
3-How are you going to reach your goal? explaining how the up line will be your mentor and adviser, and that he walked this way before you do so he knows better than you (that's a fact) and you should Copycat him. That's going to be hard in the beginning but once you trust him, you will be able to apply what he says.
4- The difference between QUV (qualifying unit volume)and CUV (commission unit volume)
5- The Ranking
(both the 4 and 5 will be discussed in different posts later)
6- A brief introduction about Dato Vijay . the founder of Qnet, and the V who represents the 7 partners in Qnet company and different stories to enforce that fact that you must follow your up line and may be you would not do that until you face a lot of problems that you would have avoided if you followed him.
7-A group of DVDs and books about network marketing(I'm going to write the details of the DVDs in this basic course)
8-Some shocking facts:
80% quit this business during the first year.
of the remaining, 80% quit don't continue the second year.
20% of the 20% left continue to work.


What??? You Must be Kidding? 
No I'm actually not, that's what is truly said in the presentation.


So what happens is, people are naturally lazy, you have to know what exactly do you want? extra money? or financial freedom? and you should work accordingly...


The 4% who continues, know their target and go for it , while the 96% deviate with each objection and then return back to resume their work and then stop again and return back and so on...


and then we come to the main comparison between those who fail and those who succeed in network marketing:

(act as if its their own business)
-learn to do presentation by themselves                         someone will say it for me
-have no excuses                                                          have excuses always
-follow their plan                                                          try to re-invent the wheel

-focus
-need partners
-ask how to do it?                                                         ask why to do it?
-show the plan to everyone                                            prejudge people


- In this business, we are all the same , we have the same unit, which is time and all what we have to do is to manipulate time to serve our needs. We all have the same 24 hours a day, the one who gain more doesn't have 25 hours a day. he has also 24 hours but he knows how to handle his time to serve his plan and achieve his goal.


- The Law Of Average:
out of 10 invitations you make, 3 will not come, 4 will not be interested, 2 will be interested but postpone joining, and only 1 will join now.
(you have to record your ratios and make your own Law of Average)


In this business you pass by the following stages:
1- get partners
2- train your partners
3- build leaders
4- build leaders for your leaders 


That is the brief summary about Qnet welcome presentation, there are several items that are not discussed here and will be discussed in the following posts

    in an attempt to shift the blame on its independent representatives, Qnet adds, "...some individuals, unauthorised by the company, have been misrepresenting/ misleading the public while promoting the business, resulting in reputational loss to the company and loss of money in certain cases to innocent purchasers."

    The Qnet Company advertisement itself documents the kind of dubious business practices that have been going on it its name, when it proclaims. "The company DOES NOT - Solicit Investments, Take Deposits, Promise Fixed Returns, Sell Shares of the Company, Sell or offer jobs through intermediaries, offer any sub-franchisee opportunities".

    Few Questions :
    1. So Why are the uplines asking a new prospect to "invest money" in the business ?
    2. Why are prospects being sold "goods" and "money collected" during recruitment ?
    3. All the training and course lession PDP/PDT/PDS/ Team Ocean etc are to exactly the above things while publicly company claims false innocence.
